Doctor of Podiatric Medicine
Dr. Bregman earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He was then accepted into a competitive foot and ankle residency at the Harvard-affiliated Cambridge Hospital in Massachusetts where he completed a two-year surgical residency. To further his expertise in foot and ankle surgery, pediatric reconstructive surgery, trauma care, and flat foot repair, Dr. Bregman went on to complete a podiatric trauma and pediatric fellowship at Vilnius University Hospital in Lithuania. He is currently board-certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
With over 25 years in practice, DR. Bregman has often been recognized as an expert in complex foot and ankle conditions, with a primary focus on nerve issues and chronic pain. As the founder of Bregman Foot-Ankle & Nerve Center in Las Vegas, Dr. Bregman has been recognized as being in the Top 3 best foot doctors since he came to Las Vegas in 2010. He has treated professional athletes from the NFL and NHL, MMA, UFC, USTA as well as celebrities. Patients travel from all over the world in order to have Dr. Bregman perform surgery when needed. Dr. Bregman has been trained in a holistic functional medicine approach and only advocates surgery when it is absolutely indicated as a last resort or if it is something that has no other option but surgery.
Dr. Bregman maintains professional memberships with the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons, and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons, to name a few. Throughout his career, Dr. Bregman has stayed involved in research, academics, and continuing education. He’s been published in over a dozen peer-reviewed scientific journals and spends time lecturing internationally about his research. Though Dr. Bregman has special interests in sports medicine, pediatric foot care, peripheral nerve surgery, and minimal incision surgery, he’s able to diagnose and treat all types of foot and ankle conditions. He regularly cares for patients who struggle with chronic ailments such as gout, plantar fasciitis, diabetic foot ulcers, arthritis, and neuropathy, among others.
Dr. Orlando G. Florete, Jr., Medical Director and Interventional Pain Management Specialist for Orles Pain Management and Regenerative Medicine Group in Jacksonville, Florida. He is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
Dr. Florete is highly-esteemed and a frequently invited speaker at both national and international symposia, lecturing on pain management and treatment algorithms. In 2011, he was honored by the International Association of Anesthesiologists, naming him one of the leading physicians of the world.
Dr. Florete’s research has been extensively published, with numerous book chapters and journal articles to his credit as well as abstracts and teaching materials. He has received numerous scholarships and awards among them the Winthrop Stearns Scholarship Award and the Community Service Award from the Department of Anesthesiology, University of Florida College of Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Florete is the Past President & Co-Founder of the American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association, the Past President of Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and also the current President of the American Society of Regenerative Medicine.
A leading Board-Certified Regenerative Medicine Specialist, Fouad I. Ghaly, M.D. is considered one of the most influential physicians working in the field of regenerative medicine therapies. He has also collaborated with a distinguished, international group of leading physicians, researchers, and scientists on various projects. These projects include presentations on regenerative medicine, platelet-rich plasma therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, tissue-specific stem cell research and enhanced external counter-pulsation. He has participated in numerous regenerative medicine conferences all over the world, often as a guest lecturer or highlighted participant. As a Certified Stem Cell Practitioner, Dr. Ghaly is amongst a select group of leading physicians who is qualified to skillfully administer adipose-derived stem cell therapy.
Fouad I. Ghaly, M.D. is a Diplomat of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American College of Anesthesiology. He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as well as a Scientific Board Member of the European Society of Regenerative Medicine. He is also a Board Examiner for the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Ghaly created the Ghaly Center for Regenerative Medicine in 1995 to focus his attention on this relatively new field.
He incorporates innovative scientific research, alternative therapies, state-of-the-art technology, and conventional medicine to create customized treatment plans. He’s passionate about educating and guiding each patient.
Dr. Mark D. Jacobson is the founder, Medical Director and CEO of Medical Imaging and Therapeutics in Lady Lake, Florida. He is Board Certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology with decades of experience in vascular, joint and spine interventions. Dr. Jacobson is an expert in image-guided, minimally invasive therapeutics.
Dr. Jacobson received his medical degree from Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, where he also completed an internship in General Surgery at NC Baptist Hospital, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA, and his fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Pittsburgh Vascular Institute.
Dr. Jacobson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, with Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, is a Member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Interventional Radiology, Radiology Business Management Association, Florida Medical Society and a charter member of Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society.
Dr. Jacobson and his center were chosen by the University of Florida Department of Radiology, Division of Interventional Radiology to showcase an independent residency program training center for Interventional Radiology Fellows since 2016, for which he has earned several “Outstanding Teacher of the Year” Awards.
Dr. Saju Joseph is a board-certified general and oncological surgeon that practices in Las Vegas, NV. He is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Summit Specialty Physicians and Summit Regenerative Medicine, providing world class surgical, regenerative medicine and wound care therapies. He also serves as a Medical Consultant to multiple institutions, including industry leading regenerative medicine companies.
Over his greater than 20 years of practicing, Dr. Joseph has served as Vice Chairman of Surgery and Associate Program Director at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he was appointed by Governor Abbott to serve as an advisor on the emergency and trauma services committee, GETAC. He also served as the Surgical Residency Program Director at Valley Health Systems, developing an ACGME approved general surgical residency program.
Dr. Joseph graduated with honors from Tufts University School of Medicine, completed his surgical residency at Harvard Medical School, and performed his surgical fellowship at The University of Edinburgh. He was awarded membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society for his leadership in the profession of medicine.
With over four decades of practicing podiatric medicine and surgery, Dr. Kornfeld is passionate about incorporating functional and regenerative medicine into the diagnosis and management of foot and ankle pathology.
Functional medicine is a mechanistic approach that identifies and addresses the underlying causes and mechanisms of disease, rather than just treating the symptoms. By applying this paradigm, the patient’s immune system is up leveled, thereby making the use of regenerative medicine injections more efficacious for natural and supportive healing.
In addition to running his podiatric practice, Chronic Foot Pain Center, Dr. Kornfeld also founded the Institute for Functional Podiatric Medicine (IFPM) in Feb. 2023. IFPM is a teaching institute for progressive podiatrists who want to learn and apply functional and regenerative medicine in their practice and free themselves from the abusive insurance-dependent model.
Through IFPM, he offers an online course and mentorship to train and support podiatrists in this innovative and holistic field of podiatric medicine and surgery.
Dr. Lai is a distinguished physician with a strong background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and regenerative medicine. A native of southern California, he completed his medical training at Tufts University and later served as a clinical instructor at the same institution. Dr. Lai is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, showcasing his expertise in these specialized fields.
With over two decades of experience, Dr. Lai currently serves as the managing partner at Desert Pain Specialists in Rancho Mirage and as the medical director of Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine in Placentia. His primary goal is to achieve maximal restoration of physical, psychological, social, and vocational function through a comprehensive and integrative approach to care. Dr. Lai is known for his dedication to improving his patients’ quality of life by focusing on enhancing their overall function and well-being.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lai is actively involved in research and education in the field of regenerative medicine. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at national conferences on topics related to pain management, rehabilitation medicine, and regenerative therapies. Dr. Lai is committed to staying at the forefront of medical advancements and incorporating the latest evidence-based practices into his patient care.

Dr. Ryan Marshall is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon practicing in the greater Asheville, NC area. He is the founder and Medical Director of Reveal Aesthetic Surgery and Medical Director of the wound care program at Haywood Regional Medical Center. Before coming to North Carolina, he practiced in a Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery clinic in Missoula, Montana.
He is committed to restoring function to people with injuries, birth defects and/or cancer and he take pride in helping people look and feel their personal best. As a Doctor of Osteopathy, Dr. Marshall treats the whole person and always takes the time to align his patients’ expectations with their surgery.Dr. Marshall received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed a five-year residency in General Surgery, followed by a two-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is double-board certified in both Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and in General Surgery.
During his 7 years in Philadephia, Dr. Marshall received extensive training at prestigious medical centers such as Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Geisinger Medical Center, Cooper University Hospital, and Westchester Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Marshall is truly lucky to be married to the love of his life, an absolutely amazing, stunning, kind, caring, and loving woman/mother/physician, Dr. Kate Blaney. Their chemistry and romance started in 2008 in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center cafeteria! They are raising 4 beautiful children, 2 girls and 2 boys. They enjoy skiing, hiking, singing, dancing, and sports. They start each year off right with their neighbor “polar plunge” on New Years Day! They love playing with their dog, Georgie, and their two incredibly tolerant cats, brothers Benie and Boots.
Dr. Regulski is a Graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He performed his residency at the Main Line Health System in Philadelphia, PA, and is currently the Medical Director of the Wound Care Institute of Ocean County, LLC. Dr. Regulski is also Co-Director of The Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine at Community Medical Center and is involved at the Wound Care Center at the Kimball Institute. He has been the principal investigator for multiple clinical trials for wound healing, diabetic foot, and venous leg ulcers, and has authored several peer-reviewed articles for the treatment of chronic wound healing and limb-salvage surgery.
Dr. Regulski is currently on the Board of Directors of the Federation of International Podiatry and is the Scientific Chairman for the Federation of International Podiatry. He is also the Communications Director for the Foot Working Group of the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Regulski is a wound care certified physician and fellow of both the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing and the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is also a National Delegate for the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care and is a member of the Wound Healing Society. An International and National lecturer of wound healing and limb-salvage surgery, Dr. Regulski has multiple certifications in wound healing, diabetic wounds, and limb-salvage surgery. Dr. Matthew Regulski is a fellow faculty member at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, Scotland.
Hardik Shah, D.O., N.M.M., is a neuromusculoskeletal specialist who has served Southeast Michigan for more than 30 years, bringing his expertise in rehabilitative and regenerative medicine to the people of Michigan. Dr. Shah collaborates with the country’s leading physicians, specialists, and medical pioneers to stay on the cutting edge of emerging healing modalities, medical technology, and the highest standards for patient care. A 1989 graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic medicine, he has diverse experience and education in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Shah’s practice combines regenerative medicine, manual techniques, gut health, hormones, and nutrition to successfully help everyone from elite athletes to those suffering from complicated medical conditions. Dr. Shah is also the Medical Director for The Draft Academy, a unique and forward-thinking institution that offers elite athletes from the high school to professional level advanced training and medical care.
Marc attended University of North Texas (UNT) as well as Arizona State University (ASU) for undergraduate studies in Premed/Microbiology. He graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences formerly the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) where he received his Physician Assistant training and certification, and completing his Masters Degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Marc started his 30 year professional PA career in Phoenix Arizona in primary care and men’s health. Since returning to Naples, FL, Marc has worked as a Physician Assistant Professor in higher education, as well as Urology, Internal Medicine/Endocrinology, Urology and for the last 12 years, as an independent primary care clinician. He and Dr Finucan have treated mutual patients for over a decade, sharing the more holistic approach to medicine. In 2023, they decided to join forces in the same building to better serve their mutual patients. Although the medical and the chiropractic disciplines are separate, they work harmoniously together to better serve clients healthcare needs. His professional interests are Regenerative Medicine, Bariatic medicine (weight management), Endocrinology (hormones), Men’s Health and Primary Care.
Marc is also very active in his profession and has served as the President of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and was recognized as a Distinguished Fellow by the American Academy of Physician Assistants in 2009. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Florida Academy as the Chairman of the Past Presidents Council and Elections/Nominations committee. He also continues to teach students as a clinical preceptor for Florida State University and Florida Gulf Coast University.
Autumn Bell, PT, MPT, CWS, CLT, PT is a licensed PT that is passionate about providing education on the most effective and research-based options in wound care and lymphedema treatment.
Autumn has a varied background in neurology, orthopedics, wound care, and lymphedema. She has experience both as a clinician and as an administrator and clinical director.
Autumn is an Adjunct Professor at Winston-Salem State University, teaching their wound care and lymphedema course in their physical therapy doctorate department.
She is a lecturer at national wound care conferences and has worked as a wound care educational consultant for over 12 years. Autumn received her BS from University of Michigan and her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University.
Lindsay, FNP-MSN, ARNP is the main provider at Forward Healthy Lifestyles,delivering leading care in the fields of hormone replacement therapy (HRT),regenerative therapy, weight loss, sexual disorders, IV vitamin therapy and injectables for men and women.
Lindsay’s specialty in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy allows her to help men and women struggling with the negative side effects of suboptimal hormones. She has more than 10 years of experience in HRT to deliver treatment plans that help people of all ages overcome lack of energy, waning muscle mass, weight gain, diminished libido, mood swings, thyroid imbalance, and beyond.
Lindsay also specializes in the cutting-edge field of regenerative medicine, helping patients to live life free of pain. For 10 years Lindsay served in a busy orthopedic operating room and was responsible for organizing and assisting in more than 2,500 joint replacements per year. She came to appreciate just how detrimental a failed surgical outcome is and how difficult the recovery process can be, and she knew there had to be an alternative to treating degenerative joints. Her research led her to the field of Regenerative Therapy and today she has performed hundreds of regenerative therapy procedures and the patient outcomes are nothing short of astonishing.
During her years in the operating room, Lindsay also witnessed firsthand the severity of the obesity epidemic in the U.S. In direct response to this experience, in 2013, Lindsay opened Forward Medical Weight Loss which today is a division within Forward Healthy Lifestyles offering treatments including HCG, B12 shots, Phentermine, vitamin therapies and bioidentical hormone replacement therapies.
Lindsay graduated Cum Laude from Concordia University in Mequon, WI and is a Regenerative Medicine Fellow through the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Morgan Gale graduated from the Scholars Program of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2001. Shortly thereafter, he entered the field of cosmetic lasers. He received his Nursing Degree from Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, and began performing laser treatments in 2007. As an RN in 2008 Morgan opened his first laser center in Bethesda, Maryland where he performed hundreds of cosmetic laser treatments. In 2016 he graduated from Walden University with a Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
In 2018 Morgan founded Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center as a culmination of his work with cosmetic lasers and injectables. Morgan has received a Board Certification from the American Board of Laser Surgery in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Laser Surgery and has been elected a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He received his “Expert Injector” status from Galderma, maker of Restylane injectable products, in 2012. He was named an Allergan Medical Institute trainer and speaker. He travels the East Coast training and educating other providers on the science and proper use of Botox and Juvederm injectables. He has been named a top health and beauty practitioner in DC Magazine in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
He received the Aesthetic Everything Award for Top Nurse Practitioner and Top Medical Spa in 2019 and 2020. Morgan has been performing cosmetic laser and injectable treatments for over twenty years. He has experience in over 30 different laser systems and injectable treatments.
Jessica Simone, ARNP, is an advanced practice nurse who is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jessica delivers top-level aesthetic care to men and women at Harmony Med Spa in Sarasota, Florida.
After serving several years as an oncology and pain management provider, Jessica switched her medical focus to regenerative medicine and aesthetics. She has a passion for providing minimally invasive therapies that help her clients look and feel their best.
She’s certified in injection therapies such as dermal fillers, Botox® and other neurotoxins, and PDO thread lifts. Jessica also offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and is a certified Evexipel provider.
Other aesthetic treatments Jessica offers at Harmony Med Spa include signature facials, RF microneedling, microblading, and laser hair removal. As part of her commitment to overall health and well-being, she also offers a medical weight loss program that takes a supportive approach to rapid but healthy weight reduction.
